Delphinus again is running its late fall session from Thanksgiving through the New Year. We swim M->Th 5:00-8:00, Friday 3:15-6:00, and some Saturdays. The cost is $145 and the registration form is available in the attachment.

We have selected a new team suit for 2010, the Dolfin Electra Blue. It should be available on our website link to All-American Aquatics within the next day. We have a team ship date of December 21. If you order by noon Eastern time on Monday, December 21, and ask for the team shipment, you won't have to pay shipping on your order. The order will come to Coach Bill, who will have it at the pool.

Many thanks to DeWitt, who hosted a quick meet last night. It was good for us to get some variety in pools and meet administration for our WaveRunners swimmers. We did have one missed event and several other that were close to being missed. The staff will address better organizational practices to help the team focus better on who should be where and when. -- READ MORE --

Practice will be canceled in order for the swimmers and staff to attend the Waverly Relays. With the full past weekend of swimming, plus the Saturday coming up. A day off in the middle of the week will probably be a good thing.

WaveRunners Family Fun Night will take place from 3:45-5:15. Enjoy.

Very seldom can a team go to a USA Swimming meet and return with 100% lifetime best times. Yet that's what Delphinus did this past weekend. We had 19 swims and 19 lifetime bests. Lindsay Wing only swam Saturday, but had bests in the 50 free, 200 backstroke, and 200 IM. Tyler Holmes was bests in the 400 IM, 200 backstroke, 200 IM, 200 free, 200 breast, and 200 fly. Vaughn Holmes' bests were in the 400 IM, 200 backstroke, 100 butterfly, 200 breaststroke, and 200 butterfly.
